Functionality can be allowed or denied based on the user permissions
Roster Designer Permissions:
Controls whether a user can view and edit roster using the roster designer. Limited access users cannot send notifications.
Full Access - Full control over rosters and notifications.
Limited Access - Full control over rosters but cannot send notifications.
None - No Access to the designer but can print existing rosters from the dashboard.
Employee Management Permissions:
Allows access and management of employee records. Limited access users cannot view or edit pay rates or other payroll options.
Full Access - Full control over employee records, client-wide qualifications and ability to export to payroll.
Limited Access - Create and maintain employees, sensitive information like pay rates is hidden.
None - No access to employee records.
Financials Permissions:
Show or hide financial information from the user. When disabled costing information is also hidden on the roster designer.
Full Access - View and maintain financial data.
None - No report access.
Reports Permissions:
Specifies if the user can run reports.
Full Access - Can run reports.
None - No report access.
Roster Settings Permissions:
Access to roster settings such as creating and editing roles. Limited access users cannot create new rosters or edit roster targets and details.
Full Access - Complete control over roster settings.
Limited Access - Maintain roster jobs only.
None - Cannot manage any roster settings.
Communication Permissions:
Allow the user to send group messages. Limited access users cannot manage groups.
Full Access - Create, send and maintain group membership.
Limited Access - Create and send communication messages to employees and existing groups. Cannot maintain group membership.
None - No access.
Account and User Settings Permissions:
Specifies if the user can manage account settings and users (including roster access and permissions). A user cannot change this permission for their own login.
Full Access - Maintain account settings and defaults, users and user roster access.
None - No Access.
Purchase SMS Credits Permissions:
Permit the user to purchase SMS Credits for sending messages and roster notifications.
Full Access - Can purchase SMS credits using an existing or new credit card.
None - No Access.
