Access your account settings from the 'settings' quick access menu item.
In the Account settings page, you can update the following:
1. Account Contact Information (Contact Name, Email, Phone, Address)
2. Tax Number
3. Default Employee Additional Cost
4. Qualification Reminder Addresses
5. Select Payroll Software
6. Set Employee Response Options
7. Roster Notification Settings
8. Change Plan
9. Update Credit Card

Update Account Settings
Tax Number and Default Employee Additional Cost
Enter your tax number for your account.
Default Additional Employee Cost
This field allows you to enter a default Additional Cost that will be automatically added to each employee cost rather than having to enter the Additional cost when creating each employee in the platform. Additional costs may include things such as holiday pay, superannuation etc.
Employee Response Options
Employee response options are the options available to an employee when they are sent a roster notification and update the Status of that employee in the roster depending on the option chosen. Choosing 'Don't Show' prevents the employee from responding to the roster.
Qualification Reminder Addresses
Email addresses can be added to direct qualification reminders to individuals. For example, a training coordinator could receive notifications when qualifications are due to expire and plan accordingly.
Payroll Software
Select from a variety of payroll software options. This option ensures goRoster is set up to allow you to export in the correct format for your chosen payroll software. Selecting some software solutions may change the options available such as number of Pay Rate options in the Employee Profile.
Roster Notification Settings
Adjust how your Roster Notifications will appear and check to allow or disallow responses via SMS or Email.
Change Plan
To change your plan, click on the Options button on the top right of the screen and select 'Change Plan'. For pricing options see https://www.goroster.com/pricing/
Update Credit Card
To update your credit card, click on the Options button on the top right of the screen and select 'Update Credit Card'.
Send Employee Mobile App Invitations
CAUTION: Selecting this option sends a magic link to every employee to invite them to download the goRoster app. Employees can be invited individually by going to their employee profile.
