Send a Roster Notification
To send a Roster Notification simply 'Publish' the roster and if the employee is set up to receive roster notifications they will receive an SMS or Email with their Roster. They have the option to confirm or query it. Any change to the roster that is published will trigger a roster notification.

Send a Roster Notification to Individual Employee Only
To send a roster notification to an individual employee click on the employee's name in the roster designer and click 'Publish Roster'.

Set up Roster Notifications for New Employees
When you create a new Employee you have the option to select whether you would like to notify that Employee when a roster they are in is published.
You have the choice to set roster notifications to be delivered by either SMS or Email.

Roster Notifications Settings
You can manage the Roster Notification settings for your account by going to the Account Settings button(on the left side bar under 'settings'). By default roster notifications all options will be enabled. Simply un-check the box to disable a setting.
