An employee code can be added to help with searching across a large number of employees. To enter an employee code, go to the 'Pay & Cost Options' panel in the 'employee profile' > Open the 'General' tab > enter the employee code.
Note: If you are using employee codes in your payroll software you will need to enter the same code here for them to match. If you do not want to include an employee code in your payroll export check 'Exclude from payroll Export'
