If you would like to pay overtime for employees, you can set up the roster to reflect this. In the 'employee profile' > open the 'Pay & Cost Options' > enter the Overtime Threshold (in hours).
The overtime threshold is the maximum number of hours that employee can be rostered on before they are to be paid an overtime.

One way to manage overtime is to set a Pay Rate for any overtime hours worked i.e. Pay Rate 2.
