Navigating the List View
1.Roster Name
2 & 13. Edit Roster (Opens Roster Designer)
3 &14. Edit Revenue (Opens Edit Revenue) - Input your estimated and actual revenues.
4.More options ( Roles, Export, and Print).
5.Roster Status Indicator - indicates the status of the roster by how many employees have confirmed, queried, declined or are in draft)
6. Budget Indicator (Shows employee costs with respect to revenue)
7. Graph Key and Controls. Click key to remove or add line.
8. Graph of Employee Costs (Estimated and Actual) vs. Revenue (Estimated and Actual) over the roster week.
9. Total Estimated Employee Cost and Estimated Employee Cost change (%) compared to previous week.
10.) Total Actual Employee Cost and Actual Employee Cost Change (%) compared to previous week.
11.) Total Estimated Revenue and Estimated Revenue Change (%) compared to previous week.

Cost vs. Revenue Graph
The cost vs. revenue graph shows the daily employee costs and compares them to the actual revenue for that day.
